The User may only make changes or returns of the Products purchased, within 10 (ten) calendar days following the date in which they were received.
In the case of garments, you can only exchange the Product for the same garment in a different size.
It is essential to be able to make an exchange or return, that the Products to be exchanged or returned is returned unused, in their original condition and with the label attached; Otherwise, the change or return will be rejected by MINDAI.
If the product exchange is appropriate, the Company will replace the Product with a new one, for which MINDAI will contact the User to set the delivery date for the new product.
To make a change and/or return, the User must send an email to email@example.com
Once the change and/or return has been approved by MINDAI, an email will be sent to the User at the email provided to the Company with the instructions to follow. Any costs related to changes and/or returns will be borne by the User.
When MINDAI receives the package to be returned, the brand will be in charge of inspecting it to assess whether the product is in fact, in its original condition, with all the labels attached. Mindai will then determine the return has been successful and proceed with the refund process.
If the exchange or refund is appropriate, the refund will be made through the same form of payment that the User used at the time of making the purchase, under the following assumptions:
1. If the purchase of the Product to be returned was made by credit or debit card, the time in which the amount of the refund will be reflected in the User's bank account statement may vary, and may be up to 15 business days or more, depending on the Corresponding Bank Institution.
2. If payment for the Product to be returned was made using a Company gift card, the refund willnbe made to the same gift card.
3. The User may request that the corresponding reimbursement be made by means of a Company gift card, which will be issued the same day that the reimbursement has been approved by MINDAI.
It is essential to contact MINDAI to be able to cancel the return and/or exchange request, so that we can manage the corresponding cancellation.
The shipping cost is not refundable in any case, only the total amount of the products purchased will be refunded, as long as the refund is approved by MINDAI in accordance with the policies mentioned herein and to
the complete satisfaction of MINDAI.
Changes or returns of Products are not accepted when they come from an offer, discount or promotional activity. Likewise, it will not be possible to make the return of accessories, discounted garments, or intimate garments (swimwear, and others).
